The End Game

After some thought and research, I've decided to take down this blog in its current form. I've been blogging here for about 2 years now but the readership is not growing.

The topics are too diverse and I don't seem to be attracting new visitors despite sharing posts on multiple platforms.

I could just keep going but I don't want to sink anymore energy into something that is clearly not working.

It was a nice experience to have a site again but next time around I think I will keep it simpler.

Ghost is a good platform and I think it'll keep growing and help more people have a sustainable place to write independent from major platforms.

The all it one model works well until you need something more, but then you can't extend it. The one thing I wish I had was some sort of minimal analytics in Ghost itself.

Anyway don't worry these posts will resurface again in another form. I was going to build the next thing and retire this site but looking at the stats I don't think it's worth keeping around.
