A Theme for 2022

New year resolutions fade fast. It's easy to fallback into default-mode until next December.

Fixed time based targets keep you on track but the payoff is very slim. Yearly themes maybe a better idea.

In 2022 I want to focus and align my efforts on a few key things that matter to me. I want to improve and work on those things everyday.
